To be eligible for a return or exchange, 1- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 2- Return it in the original packaging. 3- Return it within 5 days of when you received it. 4- Include the sales receipt. 5- If you received Shirret as a gift, it must be returned and received in perfect condition so we can refund the gift giver. 6- There is no refund for postage. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
When you buy return USPS shipping, and/or shipping insurance, save your receipt with tracking number. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Non-returnable: Virtual products. Books or products with any signs of wear.
When we have received and inspected your return, we’ll email you.
Your refund, or partial refund if product is not pristine, will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or Missing refunds: Check your bank account or credit card online if your refund seems late. Sometimes bank processing times are slow. Here’s our email.
Damage due to shipping before it arrived at your address: Do not open the package. Snap a photo front and back and email it to us. Put it in a larger package and mail it to us through the USPS. We will send replacement items. The time to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
